She was appointed to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations in 2000 and is responsible for all
Investor Relations activities as well as corporate communication and community investment.

Ms. Caza brought over 12 years' experience in the marketing and corporate communications industry to her role
in Investor Relations. She was a partner in a Calgary-based marketing and communications firm and worked in the television and radio industry, primarily in the area of marketing and promotions.

Enerplus has a balanced portfolio of crude oil and natural gas assets in large resource play areas that provide both a stable production base and growth potential. Our oil assets are concentrated in the Bakken play in the Williston basin as well as various waterflood properties throughout Western Canada. Our natural gas assets are concentrated in the Marcellus shale gas play primarily in Pennsylvania and in Western Canada focusing on shallow gas and tight gas in the Deep Basin region.
