Recent news: • Reported total revenues of $110.1 million and net income of $7.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2009. • In December 2009 earned a $20 million milestone under a license agreement with Schering-Plough Healthcare Products, Inc. (consumer healthcare division of Merck & Co., Inc.) upon FDA approval of ZEGERID OTC™ for over-the-counter treatment of frequent heartburn. • In December 2009 received FDA approval of new immediate-release dual buffer omeprazole tablet for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and certain other upper GI conditions | ||||||||
