This process was progressively narrowed to two signalling pathways which regulate and control key processes in Integrin signalling pathway and PI3 kinase pathway. To date, the Company has validated 5 key signalling molecules which regulate key processes in angiogenesis, cell migration and apoptosis: Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) Protein kinase B (PKB) Glycogen synthase kinase-3b (GSK-3b) Protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP-PEST) Protein tyrosine phosphatase (TC-PTP) Thirty new targets are currently undergoing validation.
