Zhang, Jason

Jason joined Stephens Inc. in 1999 as a Research Associate covering the biotechnology/biopharmaceutical industry. He became an analyst in 2000 and recently published an industry report, Cancer: Revolutionary Therapies--Innovative Investment Opportunities, a guide for investing in the anti-cancer biopharmaceutical sector. Jason has seven years of biomedical research experience in both academic and industrial laboratories and published five research papers in peer-review journals. While at Eli Lilly and Company, he participated in or led research programs on cancer drug identification and validation. Jason holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Hawaii and an MBA in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Originally from China, he attended Beijing Agricultural University where he earned an MS degree in Plant Pathology.
