Mustang Minerals Corp. ( TSXV: MUM ) is focused on development of the Maskwa Nickel Project in Manitoba Canada and is an active exploration company. At Maskwa the Company in January 2007 announced positive results from a National Instrument 43- 101 Preliminary Economic Assessment. ( “ the Scoping Study’ ) The conceptual model outlined was an open pit operation with an initial nine year mine life producing over 10 million pounds of nickel in concentrate per year as well as other metal credits. Western Areas NL ( ASX/ TSX: WSA ) , an Australian nickel producer acquired approximately 15% interest in Mustang and is contributing technical staff to assist in project development.
