Frontier Airlines manages employee communications effectively with Vcall

The Client: Frontier Airlines began service on July 5, 1994 with 180 employees and two Boeing 737-200s on routes between Denver, CO and Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot, ND. Since then Frontier Airlines has grown to become the second largest carrier out of Denver International Airport, with an average of 250 daily system-wide departures and arrivals. These serve 24 of the top 25 destinations out of Denver. The Frontier Airlines team now numbers around 5,000 Frontier employees in cities throughout North America.

The Challenge: The biggest challenge Frontier Airlines experienced was dealing with growth. Frontier Airlines was quickly expanding with employees located throughout the country; it became increasingly difficult to organize a company communication meeting in which all flight attendants, pilots, and other employees could attend. Wanting to provide the opportunity for each employee to listen to the meetings either on-site, virtually, or on-demand at a more convenient date, Frontier Airlines began researching a web event solution.
